HOW THIS WORKS-RESERVING A SF CITY HALL WEDDING

During the months of February through November, my calendar of availability fills up quickly, so it is best to email me as soon as you have finalized the requirements below in How to Make a Reservation, so that I can check my calendar for the availability of your desired wedding date and time block. Please be sure to review the SF City Hall Wedding Ceremony Packages listed below, so that you can inform us of which ceremony package that matches the request of your wedding needs.

SPECIAL$200 SF City Hall "Basic" Ceremony Package- The SPECIAL "Basic" City Hall Wedding package is ONLY offered Mon-Friday 9am-3pm. Limited to 6 guest total-(SF City Hall's Rule). SF City Hall (Mayor's Balcony/4th Floor) and couples that hire videographers are ineligible for the SPECIAL SF City Hall Ceremony package.

Once the $200 retainer/reservation donation is paid, Your ceremony date and block of time is reserved. On your reservation, I will meet you at the bottom of the Grand Staircase inside SF City Hall and perform a "Basic" civil ceremony. This is a quick, fast Say I do ceremony package. Please Note: Ceremony planning, email and phone support is not costed or available with this basic ceremony package. I strongly believe that our reviews and Facebook page speaks volume.

**SF City Hall Weddings that do not meet the requirements for the SPECIAL "Promotional" SF City Hall "Basic" Ceremony Package shall choose from the BRONZE or SILVER Simple and Sweet Ceremony or the Custom Ceremony Packages Detailed below.

SILVER-" Wedding booked on Mayors Balcony, 4th Floor are Formal Weddings. The wedding is more involved and requires additional time. includes a required, over the phone detail session, the week before the wedding to discuss the many details and dynamics within the ceremony. unlimited email and phone support.

Wedding Rehearsal: Rehearsals are Ala-Carte from the listed SF City Hall Weddings Ceremony donations pricing. Rehearsals are not required and are recommended based on the dynamics of your wedding.

A Renewal of Wedding Vows ceremony at SF City Hall is a meaningful, sentimental and rejuvenating experience for a couple to commemorate an anniversary or a special occasion in your relationship. It is a great time to reaffirm your love and devotion to each other. It is a time to highlight and reflect on where you have been and where you are going. It is customary for the husband to escort the Bride down the aisle in this ceremony. It's your day, so be creative.... include your children in the ceremony, display your wedding photograph, recreate your original bouquet or wedding cake, or return to your original honeymoon destination.

Marriage License Requirements and Information: Please Note: A Perfect Wedding Ceremony does not issue marriage licenses. Couples must obtain a marriage license from their County Recorders Office prior to the ceremony. In San Francisco County, marriage licenses are issued by appointment only. Appointments are available on-line at "Online Marriage License Reservations".Appointment bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance. For all wedding ceremonies, each couple can obtain their marriage license in advance by making an appointment online. Marriage license must be presented to the Officiant prior to the ceremony. One witness must be present for all public marriage ceremonies.
ADDITIONAL MARRIAGE LICENSE INFORMATION
- Couples may go to ANY-County Clerk's office in California to get a marriage license. Blood tests are not required for the marriage license. Both partners must appear together when filing for the application and for the issuing of the license. Bring a photo I. D. such as a passport or driver's license - and check ahead of time to be sure they aren't expired.
  If you are divorced, you will need to know the exact date your divorce was finalized. If it was within the last 90 days, bring your divorce decree with you. A Public marriage license is immediately valid and remains valid for 90 days anywhere in the state.
- You may also Google your local county-How to obtain a marriage license in (include the county that you wish to obtain the marriage license). You may obtain a Public marriage license to be married anywhere in the State of CA.
- Marriage license fee varies by county (marriage license fees range from $75-100 depending on the County) The fee can be paid by debit card, in cash, pre-printed check with a California address written out to the County Clerk.

Wedding Chapel Following the Ceremony-I will submit your marriage license to the County Clerk-Recorder after the wedding. Your certified marriage license will not be automatically mailed to you, unless you have arranged this service with your County Clerk. Certified Marriage License are typically available within two to three weeks after the wedding day. You may request your Certified Marriage License in person, by mail, or online. The exact instructions applicable to your county are noted on the marriage license application forms. The County Recorder is the go to for marriage license information.
